In fact, I registered mixi before and see it every day. In mixi, I have more than 100 friends, but I don't have friends I've never met before. They all have met me. I don't need friends I don't know. It's because having many friends has some not good points. First, cyber- crimes often happen on the Internet. On the Internet, we cannot see the people we keep in touch. We cannot trust the person we talk if we don't know about the person. Next, on the Internet, we can't get to know about the person's real name or real sexuality. We can never define them there. Finally, we can abandon real connection when we depend on the Internet too much. I think it's more important to make actual connection than to do on the Internet.
You can enjoy on the social community, but you can depend on it easily too. Be careful!
